The success and growth of Gospel Fest 2007, 2008 and 2009 in the past 3 years has been tremendous therefore we have reserved the Convention Center for 2010 for the 5th Annual Conference.

Gospel Fest is designed to give exclusive networking opportunities, direction and focus to contemporary Christian and Gospel and Traditional music but you must attend the workshops in order to receive the complete gift of being involved.

Artists who come just to sing and showcase their God Given talents and do not attend the workshops miss out on future opportunities, therefore we strongly encourage you to attend all music related workshops. There is something for everyone. There will be three (3) performance stages with artists showcasing as well as choirs, praise teams, dance and step teams.

I attended and participated in the Atlanta Gospelfest and I was less than impressed. Poor planning was the biggest issue. There were events at The GA Dome and Phillips Arena so there was no parking for Gospelfest attendees. People drove around 30-40 minutes and many gave up. I was so disappointed with the attitudes of many of these so-called church celebrities. Papa San, the Jamaican rapper, refused to go on because ticket sales were not good and the promoter was unable to pay him the balance. I understand the business side of all this but he was given half of the money upfront, he and six handlers were flown in a put up in the Peachtree Plaza. I thought that was so tacky.

My group and I drove 14 hours , and paid $1,200 to perform on mainstage? yeh right!! there were no opportunities and it was all a scam!!! I’ll never pay for any spot ever again !!! we were highly disappointed ! Everything was so unorganized also, they didn’t even know our group, and acted like we were complete strangers when we got there:( never again Gospelfest! It was not worth it !

all i know is it was a totally wasted trip. My group and itraveled 14 hours to perform on a skating rink stage !! we were lied to about having multiple opportunity and performing with the stars of the night! yeh right. When we got there everything was so unorganized and we paid $1,200 for that? yeh we were highly upset!!! now we know, never, ever pay to perform !!
