gospelnewswire July 22, 2009 – Proving that there can be life after divorce, Bishop Thomas Weeks is seemingly preparing to launch the next chapter in his life with a new bride.
With his former wife, Juanita Bynum, obviously moving on with her life with new speaking engagements and a return to the popular preaching circuit, Bishop Weeks posted on his Facebook page last week that his status as a single bachelor and objective of his online reality show, “The Next Mrs. Weeks” are both over and part of his past.
Last September, Bishop Weeks announced a search for a new soul mate on his website that included 10 webisodes. According to Weeks, the idea came to him after he was flooded with thousands of emails and letters from people who wanted to advise him on what to look for in his next wife. Some of those who contact Bishop Weeks even expressed an interest in filling the role themselves.
“There are some very adamant women,” says Weeks associate, Minister Guy Reeves of Global Destiny. “A lady from Belgium flew all the way here to meet him. She came to the campus. She wanted to be the next Mrs. Weeks like many others who have approached me about their strong desire to be Bishop Weeks’ wife.”
Now the search seems to be over as the accompanying pictures display the excitement and enthusiasm that Bishop Weeks has with his new love interest, Prophetess Christina Glenn. Recently the two were photographed at a birthday celebration for Bishop Weeks. The quotes below are from the Facebook message that Bishop Weeks recently posted on the wall of Prophetess Glenn.

I think a congrats is in order. Everyone desires true love!
Let me firstly say that I hold no one in judgement, we ALL stand to be convicted or acquited based on our DEEDS! There is and has been an unnerving trend sweeping through chrisindom for a while now, when it is the acceptable thing that “Christians” and divorce and re-marry a will with a total disregard to what Yahweh about the matter and whilst we are on that point, only what He says really matters. Firstly Yahweh HATES divorce! where ever divorce is present as a result of the Mosaic Law, the only grounds given for re-marriage is as a result of Adultery. If there is any other grounds cited for divorce then both parties needs to remain single until one of them dies, thus freeing them legally to re-marry. Failure to do so, where a marriage takes place then whoever marries the divorcees immediately brings the relationship into a point of adultery! Folks! its time that we quit doing things outside of the permissible will of Yahweh, a failure to do so brings us into opposition with Him (Hebrew 10 v 26), (Mal 2 v 16), (Matt 5 v 31&32). The root of this trend is without a shadow of a doubt, “REBELLION”! We want to do and will do whatever we want to regardless of the consequences. If that’s your mantra, then I simply will say to you, “Knock yourself out!” but the bible says, “If we go on deliberately and willingly sinning after once acquiring the knowledge of Truth, there is no longer any sacrifice left to atone for our sins. There is nothing left for us then, but a kind of awful and fearful prospect and expectation of divine jugdement and the fury of burning wrath and indignation WHICH WILL CONSUME THOSE WHO PUT THEMSELVES IN OPPOSITION TO YAHWEH!” The reality is, Divorce and Re-Marriage is not as simple as our leaders or teachers have made it out to be. We have treated a sacred insitution as if we are trading in our motor cars, if we don’t like what we have any longer, then we can trade it in at will for a new one! Wrong on all counts!

GOD Almighty is The Judge and HE has placed Leaders in charge to repremend Bishop Weeks and it looks like to me that Prophetess Christina Glenn has A Say in this matter as well. If THE CHURCH IS GOING TO MAKE A SERIOUS DIFFERENCE IN PEOPLE LIVES THEN WE MUST FIRST MAKE DIFFERENCE IN OUR OWN.. MY PRAYERS GOS OUT TO BISHOP WEEKS AND ALL THE LEADERS THAT INPACT OUR LIVE THOUGHT MASS MEDIA AND HAS BEEN GIVEN A VOICE THAT PEOPLE ADHAER TO.
What amazes me most is the way Bishop weeks wrote extensively on marriage in one of his books that he dedicated to Dr Juanita Bynum titled ” Teach me how to love you”. It puts me at a point where i cannot describe how i feel,when i heard they were divorced, with all the powerful revelation he revealed in that book about making your marriage last.
This is really a paradox. whatever, i really wish they could still come back and iron issues out.So, they wont give the people of the world the opportunity to blaspheme the name of our Lord. The Lord will help you sir and ma.
While I can understand their “happiness”, it just seems like this engagement is a circus. Why a man of God would ever consider finding a wife via a contest of sorts, is beyond me. I do agree with: “But God…he knows”. I pray the very best for both.
Following God doesn’t mean letting go of common since. She is marrying a man who is STILL on probation for giving his just recently divorced wife a beat down ( IN A PARKING LOT NO LESS).
If Miss Glenn does nothing else, she should at least think TWICE before marrying this fool

First off, 1st Timothy3:2 says: A Pastor-An Overseer-A Bishop, must be above reproach, the HUSBAND of but ONE wife ! Temperate, Self Controlled,Respectable, able to Teach ! OK, This man has had 2 wives, and is now on his 3rd ! Either he’s NOT reading his BIBLE, or he’s SKIPPING some verses. If he want’s to be married so bad, then go back and try and fix what THEY said GOD gave them. They just dont know how many people were and are affected by this whole MESS ! If God tells you to marry a person, WHO ARE YOU TO WALK AWAY WHEN IT GETS A LITTLE ROUGH !! Beware that we do not rush into marriage and make the same mistakes our Ministers Have made. ONLY if Our Faithful God has said, ‘They are the one we should be and marry and procreate’ then we may rejoice but other than that let us flee sexual immorality.

People tend to look up to the wrong people. We are made up of flesh so that means we are not perfect. But there has to be a standard as a child of God. Where is the standard????? The question is, is God pleased??? At the end of the day is God saying well done!!!! In this day and time the only romodel that people need to look up to is God. He is the only one that can put them in heaven or a hell..
